Redleaf Solutions is commited to provide it's customers with a full range of software and system development services from as early as concept to full scale development and production.

A. Technical Concept

Helping the customer to step up from the idea level to a technical level after which the customer clearly understands requirements, specs and effort required to bring the idea into reality.
Modules 1, 2 and 3A will bring the customer from idea to "implementation ready". Each module is fix-priced so that the customer knows all costs before engaging in contracts.

B. Custom Development

When the preparation phase is complete, Redleaf Solutions can develop a prototype or a full scale product as per specifications. To ensure result quality and competitive pricing, Redleaf Solutions has engaged in strategic partnership agreement with a reputable outsourcing firm in Ukraine (read more).
Prototype development (Module 3B) is quoted based on the product spec as work can vary from days/weeks to many man years.
Full scale development (Module 3C) is also quoted based on the product specs.

    Module 2: Design

    For the selected solutions: Translate system requirements into techincal requirements and derive design documentation.

    Module 3: Work

    Option 3A: Prepare for Project
    If you choose to build your own team, based on design from module 2, we will create a project plan and estimate time and cost to complete. If needed, we will help you recruite key peprsonnel to handover project.

    Option 3B: Prototype
    If you choose us to deliver you a working prototype, we will specify the scope and cost of the prototype and employ our resources to deliver a high quality product. Together with the customer we will agree on prototype specifications and cost and will deliver a working prototype.
    Option 3C: Full scale development
    We can also deliver a full scale product developed to specifications. The final product will be fully tested and qualified to spec by QA specialists. All IP and rights to the product, sources and documentation will be assigned to the customer unless agreed otherwise.
